Shown colors may sometimes differ from the actual colors of the products. If typing errors occur, this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Ideal, Paypal, bank transfer and bancontact.

5.1 All prices are in Euro including VAT (21%) and excluding delivery charges. All prices are per piece, unless otherwise stated.


5.2 The total purchase price, including VAT (21%) and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to conforming the order.


5.3 Payment of the price plus VAT (21%) and delivery charges, if any, must be made in full before your goods will be dispatched.


5.3 The seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the product information and to correct them if necessary. If a product that has already been purchased appears to have been discounted a short time later, no refund can be made for the price difference.

Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €100. For an order below this amount you pay 6,50 for home delivery. Pick up in Maasmechelen is free.


  1. Belgium

Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €100. For an order below this amount you pay €5,70 for home delivery and €4,70 at a collection point or parcel machine. Pick up in Maasmechelen is free.


  1. Delivery

    1. Lovely Little Lyna delivers worldwide.

    2. The seller attempts to deliver the products as soon as possible. We try to send the packages within 1-5 working days.

    3. The seller shall use its reasonable endeavor’s to meet any date agreed for delivery.

    4. Delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer’s address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

    5. If the buyer has provided an incorrect delivery address, this is the responsibility of the buyer himself. This can give rise to additional costs.

    6. The prices always exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly indicated separately at the checkout. For shipping costs to other countries, please contact the seller for the correct shipping costs so that they can inform you with the correct shipping costs.

    7. The stated delivery time is not binding, but are merely given as an indication. No delay in delivery can give rise to cancel the purchase or payment of damages in favor of the buyer, except in the case of intentional delay.

    8. The seller checks the items before they send them and ensure a qualitative and sturdy packaging. Never accept packages that are clearly damaged during transport and check your shipment immediately upon receipt. If you nevertheless find damage to the items you ordered, we ask you to inform us immediately, and if possible e also ask us to email us a photo of the damaged package/item(s). Never discard the postal package until you have determined that your shipment is in a good condition and never return a package that has already been received without contacting us in advance. If you want to return or exchange a package, follow the steps stated in clause 9.


  1. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to inform the seller by mail ( that she will cancel the purchase, without giving any reason or without paying a fine within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods. If you wish to make use of this option, you must return the goods at your own risk and costs.


  1. Return & exchange

    1. The buyer may cancel the order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day that follows the delivery.

    2. Any payments made by the buyer shall be refunded in full within 14 calendar days.

    3. Sale items, pre-ordered items and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

    4. If the order qualifies for free delivery but full order is returned, unless faulty, the refund will be less the original delivery costs.

    5. The buyer is responsible for the goods until it reaches the seller. We suggest you to use a secure delivery method (with track and trace).

    6. Returned goods should be unused and unworn and must be returned with tags attached, in original packaging & in a re-saleable condition.

    7. If you would like to return or exchange goods please notify the seller by email at within 14 days from the day that follows the delivery and notify a request for return. If the seller approves this request, she will give you the necessary instructions for the return by email. You can follow the steps below:


Step 1: Notify the seller

Inform the seller email ( within 14 days after receiving the goods. State clearly which goods of your order it concerns and the reason for your return. They will let you know something as soon as possible about your return request.


Step 2: Pack and label carefully

To guarantee your refund, the goods must be undamaged, unused and unworn with tags attached, in original packaging & in a re-saleable condition to be returned. Make sure that you pack carefully in it’s original packaging or in a sturdy box that you close tightly. Provide the shipment with the label that you had to print and stick this label clearly visible on the box.


Step 3: Bring to a mail point

The costs for return shipment are always borne by the buyer. For the Netherlands €6,50 and for Belgium €5,50. Only if the reason for return lies with us because we sent you an incorrect or damaged goods, return costs are payed the seller.

If you return the product(s) to Maasmechelen, there are also no additional costs involved.


Step 4: Send the seller the tracking number of your returned package within 48 hours after you send the package.


Step 5: Refund

After receiving and checking the goods, the buyer’s money will be refund.

Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed. In reality it usually happens faster.


  1. Guarantee

    1. A legal guarantee is applied to our products.

    2. If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 7 days of delivery. The possible fees for this can never be greater than the amout invoiced / paid amount to the buyer.

    3. Normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional changes made by the buyer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment and various negligence are explicit but therefore not limitative exceptions to the stated guarantee system. Our guarantee is limited to the guarantee for hidden defects and the guarantee in the event of a consumer purchase.

    4. We are only responsible for damage that is the result of intent or gross errors.

    5. We are not responsible for general or special indirect damage of whatever nature suffered by the buyer.


  1. Retention of title

    1. The products remain the property until full payment of the price, including all costs and charges, interest on late payments and fees.

    2. In the event non-payment, the seller reserves the right to take back the goods, legally and at the expens of the buyer.

    3. No data or photos from our site may be copied or used without our express permission.


  1. Force majeure

The seller is not responsible for a delay in the implementation or for a non-implementation of our commitments due events beyond our control, including production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, labor, energy or transport or delays in transport, strikes, lock-outs, work interruptions or other collective labor disputes that affect either ourselves or our suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable.


  1. Changes to terms and conditions

The seller has the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the excisting terms and conditions accepted by the buyer upon making a purchase.


  1. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Netherlands.
